ABSTRACT
My name is Donald Lee Cox. I was born in Appleton City, Missouri, on April 16, 1936. After graduating from high school I went to live with an uncle in San Mateo, California, where I spent two years at the University of San Mateo, studying general science, thinking of eventually entering medical or dental school.
