Papers submitted should be consistent with the intellectual guidelines set forth in the “Editorial” published in this journal, Vol. III, No. 2, pp. vii-xv. For questions regarding style or format, consult the current edition of the Chicago Manual of Style. Contributors are encouraged to remember that most occupations and activities are shared by both sexes and should reflect this situation in their writing by avoiding the exclusive use of the masculine gender pronoun when members of both sexes may be involved.
