CHEN CHUNMING is Professor at the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, Beijing, China. She is a researcher in population nutrition and nutrition policy since the 1960s.
JOANNE CSETE is Nutrition Advisor at UNICEF. She holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition from Cornell University and an M.P.H. from the Columbia University School of Public Health.
