ABSTRACT
AS ALL MEMBERS of the Mixed Commission have already received my general report I wish to confine my remarks to a small number of specific points.
First, I agree emphatically with Mr. Dimond’s emphasis on the enormous importance of Anglo-Japanese, Euro-Japanese and Trilateral relations in the contemporary world. However, this theme is not equally apparent in all the papers which are under discussion.
