Reasons for decision

A person entitled to apply for review under the ADJR Act 1977 has a right to obtain a statement of reasons for the decision (except in respect of certain excluded decisions): see s 13.

The statement must also:

• include findings on material questions of fact; and • refer to the evidence or other material on which those findings

were based: see s 13(1).
