ABSTRACT
This statute is briefer and simpler than the US and Australian legislation. It authorises the Secretary of Commerce to initiate and conduct investigations into allegations of dumping and countervailing, and the Minister of Commerce to make final determinations and impose duties. Goods of Australian origin are exempt from anti-dumping investigations.
