ABSTRACT
Microbiology Almost all pathogenic Gram-negative anaerobic bacteria (GNAB) are bacilli. They include the genera Bacteroides, Prevotella, Porphyromonas, Fusobacterium and Liptotrichia. Each genus is divided into numerous species. GNAB vary in their antibiotic resistance and biochemical reactions.
