ABSTRACT

There are a number of circumstances in which the exercise of the Right to Manage might come to an end. Some events may be entirely voluntary, and others imposed. In Chapter 4 we looked at the ways in which a claim to RTM can be withdrawn before the right is acquired (and the consequences of withdrawal). In this chapter we examine how the events leading to cessation of RTM after acquisition could come about.
