Conclusions

In determining legal correctness and validity of the case of Turkey, it is of crucial importance to make a comparative, objective and factual analysis of the respective policies, positions and practices of Turkey and Greece for the last 70 years period with respect to the issue of territorial sea width in the context of the Aegean Sea.
