ABSTRACT
In this and the following six chapters, we will go through employees’ statutory rights. Most, but not all, of these rights derive from the Employment Rights Act (ERA) 1996 as it has been amended over the years. Some other pieces of legislation contain important employment rights and we have included these in our discussion.
