ABSTRACT
In Februa ry 2007 the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (fr e C) produced the first part of its Fou rth Assessment Report (4AR) looking at the science of climate change. The other elements of 4AR relea sed during 2007 d ealt with impacts, adaptation and vu lnerability and with mitiga tion of clima te change. These w ill be brought together by fr e e in its 4AR Synthesis Report.
