All this is set out on a court form, form D8A, the Statement of Arrangements for Children (you will find a copy on p 139). You will have to fill in: ❍ the names and dates of birth of the children
involved; ❍ who they live with and where, and whether this
will be different after the divorce; ❍ arrangements for their day-to-day care; ❍ their health; ❍ where they will go to school; ❍ what financial support they will receive; ❍ contact arrangements (visiting rights) between the
children and the non-resident parent; ❍ any special needs the children may have; ❍ any care or court proceedings.
