Apart from saying who is to get what, a well-written will should tell your executors how to administer your estate. Most wills drown in oceans of verbiage to do this. We have cut all that out, but when necessary we have referred to the excellent provisions of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners. The Incorporated Provisions are the engine in the car: they are there for a reason, they work, but they do not need to be on display.
