ABSTRACT
Form 6.7 is the Bankruptcy Petition to use where the debtor has failed to comply with a statutory demand for a debt payable immediately. This is by far the most common situation, but there are other situations and other forms to cover them. Look on the Insolvency Service website and take professional advice if you think this applies to you.
