ENFORCEMENT OF A JUDGMENT DEBT AGAINST A SOLVENT DEBTOR

The court may make an order allowing the judgment debtor to pay by instalments. If the debtor still refuses to pay pursuant to the judgment, the creditor may then proceed to enforce judgment in one of a number of ways.
