ABSTRACT
This chapter concerns constitutional law, including basic rights, general principles and procedure of administrative law, and the social partnership. The constitutional organs of State and their functions were considered in Chapter 2. While general legal history was outlined in Chapter 1, the principal events in constitutional legal history from 1848 will be noted here, since these have more recent influence on the present day Constitution and State.
