Text of an Agreement dated the 14 June 1996 between the Secretary of State for Transport and Motor Insurers’ Bureau together with some notes on its scope and purpose.
1 On 21 April 1969 the Minister of Transport and Motor Insurers’ Bureau entered into an Agreement (‘the First Agreement’) to secure compensation for Third party victims of road accidents when the driver responsible for the accident could not be traced.
