ABSTRACT
The Commission responded by alleging that the appellant had committed acts of gross misconduct rendering him unfit for the job and that the proceedings were misconceived in law. At the hearing, counsel for the commission submitted in limine that:
• The commission was not a suable entity. • The commission was a statutory body and as such any person seeking redress
against it must comply with the Justices’ Protection Act, Chapter 5:07.
