ABSTRACT
In Part I, we looked at how English law deals with medical negligence, or medical malpractice as it is called in other jurisdictions. We turn now to consider how some other jurisdictions have dealt with this situation, giving special attention to the USA, Canada, France, Sweden and New Zealand.
