ABSTRACT
The landlord acknowledges the receipt from the tenants of the sum of £250 by way of deposit and agrees to repay the same to the tenants along with such interest as will have accrued from placing the said deposit
in a seven day deposit account with [Whichever] Bank at the end of the term after deducting all arrears of rent and other sums which may then be due from the tenants to the landlord as a result of any breach by the tenant of any of the tenants’ obligations under this agreement. The tenants are not entitled to repayment of the deposit or any part thereof until possession shall be yielded up to the landlord.
