ABSTRACT
The basis of this enforcement procedure is that if the debtor himself is owed money, then these monies can themselves be attached by the judgment creditor in order to obtain his money.
The basic procedure in both the High and county court is the same and the minimum judgment sum in respect of a garnishee order which may be made in both courts is £50.00.
