ABSTRACT
In the last chapter we looked at the materials factors of the learning environment, the software or materials from which students learn. In this section we will look at the equipment that is often used with these materials for instruction. As we shall see, inadequate equipment can undermine the most effective instructional materials, but effective equipment can compensate for ineffective instruction.
