ABSTRACT
Civil trial centres are regionally situated and are supplemented by ‘feeder’, usually smaller, local county courts, who transfer multi-track cases to the centres. The centres are presided over by designated civil judges, who give guidance to the courts within their responsibility as to the application of the CPR and oversee their operation.
