The lost, additional instructions relating to the Goldberg sale (para 5.1.2) have come to light in the Obebe file. Timothy glances through them. Having already decided that the Standard Conditions must say all that needs to be said about a sale of part, he decides to stick to that view (Timothy was famous at law school for stubbornly defending an untenable position with untenable arguments).
