ABSTRACT
The Corporation has various functions, the more important of which are promotion and assistance in the development of registered housing associations, the registration of housing associations, supervision and control of the associations and the processing of applications for housing development funds from such bodies. In order to achieve these objectives the Corporation has the capacity to do such things and enter into such transactions as are incidental to the exercise or performance of the above functions. The Corporation is not a Crown servant or agent for any purpose.
