ABSTRACT
The term ‘conciliation’ as used in medical complaints procedures is the current ‘in thing’, the ‘buzz word’ of those who purport to be socially correct. It is not, and never will be, a subject which has any role to play in a book on legal proceedings except to ensure that it is excluded from consideration.
