ABSTRACT
The party who believes he has been harmed will, more often than not, seek help from a lawyer. Thus he, at least in the first instance, will be committed to litigation.
After seeking appropriate documentation and other evidence, the solicitor will be in a position to advise his client as to whether or not there is a reasonable chance of success in pursuing the case.
