ABSTRACT

We tend to know more about what clients don’t like about us and other firms from an examination of our own complaint reports or by reading the reports of the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors. Of course, our clients never or hardly ever complain to us, they must like what we do because we never hear otherwise! If a practising solicitor was to draw up a list of things that his clients don’t like, it may read something like. What would you add to the list?
