ABSTRACT
UPON MOTION 2 for an injunction this day made unto this Court by Counsel for the intended Plaintiff (hereinafter called ‘the Plaintiff’) 3
AND UPON READING a draft writ of Summons in the above mentioned intended action and a draft affidavit of Anne Fischer 4
AND the Plaintiff by his Counsel undertaking 5
(1) To issue forthwith a Writ of Summons in the form of the said draft Writ of Summons (2) To procure the said Anne Fischer to swear an affidavit in or substantially in the terms of the said draft affidavit and to file the same forthwith (3) To notify the intended Defendant (hereinafter called ‘the Defendant’) forthwith of the terms of this Order and thereafter to serve upon him the Writ of Summons, this Order and the affidavit aforementioned (4) To abide by any Order this Court may make as to damages in case this Court shall hereafter be of the opinion that the Defendant shall have sustained any by reason of this Order which the Plaintiff ought to pay. THIS COURT DOTH ORDER that the Defendant be restrained

AND the Defendant is to be at liberty to apply to the Court to discharge or vary this injunction on [___ hours] previous notice to the Plaintiff.8
