ABSTRACT

In addition to pleadings there are, as we noted in our introductory chapter, other types of document created for court use which a lawyer who handles tort cases must be able to draft. In the present chapter we shall discuss how to draft several such documents which may be required when a client makes an application to court for an interlocutory injunction. The circumstances in which particular documents will be required are also explained. For completeness we shall also consider how to plead the claim for a final or perpetual injunction in the statement/particulars of claim.
