ABSTRACT
The Business School approach to flexibility in course provision is concentrated initially upon post-experience management education. This chapter outlines recent developments in management education which have brought about the need for a more flexible focus, explains why the Loughborough University Business School is concentrating effort upon its post-experience provision, and outlines both the progress that has been made and the future direction.
