ABSTRACT
In the generic model described in Chapter 7 (at Box 9) we introduced the decision framework as the context for evaluation analysis. There would be enumerated the questions which the particular evaluation would be addressing in its conclusions. These questions we saw would be of two kinds: standard questions typically addressed in the cost-benefit family in evaluation; and questions specific to the case studied, which could be raised from various sources.
