ABSTRACT
Higher education institutions are not only concerned with developing the capability of students registered on their courses. They also have a role to play in helping organisations develop their own capability through the capability of their employees. In this Chapter, Hase describes how Southern Cross University in Australia uses a learner managed learning approach to work-based learning for this purpose.
