ABSTRACT
In Chapter 1 methods of opening up a closed setting were described. This chapter concentrates on how interactions can be developed in an open setting and be included in your instructional materials. It shows you how to deliver learning materials incorporating quality interactions, explains why interactions are important, defines quality interactions and describes the different types of interactions that can occur. This chapter also explains how interactions are used and how they can be improved.
