ABSTRACT
The learners seem to have learned something! What caused the learning to take place? Was it the materials, the delivery strategy or the learning environment that facilitated this process? What things hindered learning? This chapter reviews the various processes for making informed evaluation decisions about the learner regarding behaviour, performance and attitude, with respect to the learning materials you used as part of the learning event.
