ABSTRACT

Each time you offer a course it is the first time for the learners. Two issues arise. The first is about keeping your course up to date. The second has to do with the background of the students that they bring to the course by way of prior learning or experience. However, unless you have means of establishing any prior expertise, then the first time you evaluate students may be at the end of the course. This chapter is about the evaluation or quality control of the course and learning materials.
