ABSTRACT
Lauren was a delightful, articulate girl with age-appropriate cognitive skills. Her general physical examination and detailed neurological examinations were normal. She became tearful when discussing the recent death of her dog. When asked to draw a picture describing her symptoms during a spell, she produced the drawing shown in Figure 39.1.
