ABSTRACT
The patient is a 10-year-old right-handed boy with a history of dysarthria and seizures. He started having seizures at 3 years of age. They began with generalized tonic-clonic seizures. After a couple of weeks he started having dropattacks and absence spells, which progressively increased in frequency, occurring up to 50-60 a day.
