ABSTRACT
In this chapter we examine the practical ways that staff and schools, after they have used SALAD to analyse problems in the classroom or school, can use the concepts of Access, Limits, Acceptance and Direction to promote positive student behaviour. Definitions and a discussion of these terms are in Chapter 6.
