ABSTRACT
Compression neuropathy of the radial nerve is the least common of the nerve compression syndromes of the upper extremity. Neurologic signs and symptoms may be localized to the arm, the elbow, or the wrist, and may be manifested as pain, hypesthesia or dysesthesia, or weakness.
