ABSTRACT
The Internet is telephone-level technology. Because it is seen as telephone technology, there is no great mystic about the Internet. This is a very favourable situation when it is compared with the mystification surrounding the computer…with the technology jargon of CPU, mother board, input/output serial port, etc. With the Internet you look-up, log-on and you’re connected. (That should be the scenario but then there is reality.)
