ABSTRACT
To be able to include as many studies as possible in the space available, the number of publications relating to the project concerned has been restricted to three. In addition, each study has been coded by the researchers themselves (apart from cases where information was far too insufficient) according to the tables on pages 5 & 6, which classify the studies by subject.
