Access will probably be reasonably straightforward as the unit will almost certainly have good access for its own day to day business. However if the roof is at the rear of the building it may be more difficult to get to. You may find that the roof backs onto a railway or similar and careful consideration should be given to the difficulties in moving materials and plant, etc.
