ABSTRACT
A description of the essential items of equipment was given in Chapter 1 and the purpose of this chapter is twofold:
To outline the general specification of test equipment used in performing the general tasks in an electronic environment at this level of study.
To draw attention to the limitations and possible sources of error in measurement with the use of this equipment.
