ABSTRACT
Although written to refer to older children the quotation applies equally well to the primary child. CDT is an approach to learning that does not base itself on subject divisions but it is still possible to describe the kinds of experiences we wish children to have, the learning outcomes we hope for the children, and the organization necessary to allow this to take place. Schools are being strongly urged on all sides to identify, clarify and evaluate the curriculum they offer.
