ABSTRACT
This Part includes limitation of liability under the London Convention 1976, as amended by the 1996 Protocol (Chapter 17), and the Athens Convention 1974 and the 2002 Protocol (Chapter 18). Pollution damage and limitation of liability under the Civil Liability and Fund Conventions 1992 are covered, as well as the Hazardous and Noxious Substances Convention 1996; Nuclear Damage Conventions, and the Bunker Convention 2001; (Chapter 19 is contributed by Elizabeth Blackburn QC).
