ABSTRACT

A checklist of answers is provided for each of the multiple choice questions in order to allow you to mark your answer sheet. Full explanations are then provided for every question. These consist of a paragraph explaining why the particular alternative is correct, followed by another explaining why the other alternatives are incorrect. For each question, and particularly for the ones that you got wrong, you should consider the explanations and compare them with your own thinking on the subject. This method of learning is generally far more effective than simply reading an explanation of how to attempt particular questions before you have had a chance to think about them, and will help you to spot any weaknesses that you need to work on.
