ABSTRACT
Evaluation is one the most important tools available to you in the development of your teaching and your ability to facilitate your students' learning. Good quality evaluation requires that you develop and practice a range of techniques. Evaluation is a dynamic process, by which you exercise and develop skills and qualities of reflective teaching and in doing so perhaps come to define them differently.
