ABSTRACT
The minimal clinical data required for meaningful pathology reporting of twin and HOMP placentas include gestational age, sexes, birth weights and sig-nificant clinical complications. It is preferable to know whether conception was spontaneous or assisted, and whether there has been multifetal reduction. The cords should be clearly identified, preferably with one and two clamps for twins A and B, respectively.
