ABSTRACT

It should be emphasized that in a program of quality control, it is not the result but the process that is important. That is to say, this program is not intended as a criticism of any professional, much less a service or team. On the contrary, the intent is to offer tools to establish improvement strategies, allowing for prior consensus by the team. Thus, it is worth explaining the elementary bases that constitute a quality control program. The idea being to offer the professional a tool with which he can measure and evaluate the quality of his health care system.
